FOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcel which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment Case 03-003 approved by the Planning Commission on August 5,
2003. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described herein,
without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and
the City's Municipal Code.
Property Description:As described in Exhibit A, and shown graphically for
reference in Exhibit B, attached to this certificafe and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.

Portions of Lots 6 and 7 of Buena Vista Tract, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia, according to map filed for record
October 2, 1885 in Book A, Page 58 of maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County,
Said portions lying Southerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6 and a five eighths inch rebar
and plastic cap inscribed °LS 5139" as shown on Record of Survey No. 02-036
as filed in Book 84, Page 40 of Licensed Surveys; thence along the West line of
said Lot 6,
South 33° 33' 44" East, 145.85 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
North 58° 14' 09" East, 95.68 feet to the East line of said Lot 7 of Buena Vista
Tract and the Point of Terminus and containing 10,383 square feet, more or less.
Subject however to:
An Access and Public Utility Easement in favor of Parcel 2 of Lot Line
Adjustment Case No. 03-003 lying over, under and upon a portion of above
mentioned Parcel 1, said portion lying Northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southwesterly terminus of the Southeast right of way line of Le
Point Street, also being the most Westerly corner of W.N. Short's Tank or
Reservoir Lot; thence
North 70° 54' 30"West, 46.02 feet to the Southeast line of said Parcel 2.
