The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into ONE (1) PARCEL as of the date of
recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the applicable provisions of
the subdivision Map Act of the State of Califomia and local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. The
parcels are established in substantial compliance with Lot Line Adjustment Case Number 03-002.
The parcels may not be sold in a configuration other than that described herein, without first having
