The following real property as of the date of recordation of this document, has been
determined to be two legal parcels in compliance with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of Califomia and local ordinance enacted pursuant
thereto. Said real property are two parcels which are the result of Lot Line Adjustment
AGAL-02-0275 approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande on
January 21, 2003.
The parcels may not be sold in a configuration other than that described herein, without
first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's
Municipal Code.
Property Description: as described in Exhibit A and as shown schematically for
reference In Exhibit B attached to this certificate and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.
