The following corrections or additions to Parcel Map AG 99-0246 as filed in Book 55, of
Parcel Maps at Page 12, in the office of the County recorder are hereby made in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act;
The lot corners denoted as"set 5/8 rebar w/plas cap LS 5661" are 1 1/4" iron pipes with tag LS 3877,
except as follows;
• The two west lot corners common to Parcels 1, 2 and 3, are marked with a Tag (LS 3877) set on
the edge of a concrete gutter.
• The east corner common to Parcels 1 and 2 is marked with a 1 1/4" iron pipe with tag LS 3877 set
1.00 feet west, along the lot line from the common corner.
• The southeast corner of Parcel 4, is marked with a 1 1/4° iron pipe with tag LS 3877, set 2.00 feet
north along the east lot line.
