Grande and is exempt from the payment of a recording
fee pursuant to Government Code § 27383.
TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF AGREEMENT
This TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF AGREEMENT ("Termination") is dated as
of Ma 7/ , 2010, and entered into by and between the CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, a California municipal corporation ("City"), and PEOPLES' SELF-HELP HOUSING
CORPORATION, a California non-profit corporation ("Owner").
1. City and Owner are parties to that certain Regulatory Agreement dated May 6,
1997, recorded as Instrument No. 1997-023571 in the Official Records of San Luis Obispo
County, California ("Agreement"), against certain real property more particularly therein as the
"Property." A legal description of the Property is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. Effective upon the recordation of this Termination, the Regulatory Agreement is
hereby terminated and released in its entirety and shall be of no further force or effect and the
Regulatory Agreement shall cease to be an encumbrance upon title to the Property. Each party
does hereby remise, convey, release, and quitclaim to the record owner thereof, all of its right,
title, and interest in and to the Property created by the Regulatory Agreement.
3. This Termination may be executed in any number of counterparts which, when
taken together, shall constitute the fully-executed original.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, City and Owner have entered into this Termination and
Release of Agreement to be effective as of the date set forth above.

Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Block 6 of Western Addition in the City of
Arroyo Grande, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to map recorded April 10, 1894 in Book B, Page 10 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
