The City of Arroyo Grande, a California municipal corporation, as Trustee under the Deed of
Trust and Security Agreement executed by Shirley Kinney as Trustor and recorded on January
18, 2008 as Document No. 2008002826 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of
San Luis Obispo County, California, does hereby reconvey to the person or persons legally
entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest in the real property
commonly known as 579 Camino Mercado, Suite No. 305, Arroyo Grande, California 93420,
and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, acquired by Trustee under said
Deed of Trust and that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase
executed by Shirley Kinney and recorded on January 18, 2008 as Document No. 2008002827
of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California.

EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, a non-exclusive easement for access, ingress, egress encroachment,
maintenance, repair, drainage, support and for other purposes, all as described in the Second Amended and
Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restnctions Establishing a Plan of Condominium Ownership of
