OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS TO BE
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
DONATION OR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City has in storage certain property consisting of vehicles, equipment,
and miscellaneous items ( "items ") which are no longer used; and
WHEREAS, storage space is at a premium and there is a need to dispose of surplus
property; and
WHEREAS, the items can be classified as surplus property and made available for sale
or donation to private parties or disposed of.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the property listed on the attached Exhibit A, and
authorizes staff to sell /dispose of said property.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Brown, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Brown, Ray, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23`d day of April, 2013.
