TOO MANY HOSTS IN OUR TOWN
Now, while it’s free and permits aren’t required there are only five hosts. If this passes, and taxes and fees are required, it’s unlikely we’d be inundated with new hosts.

The Advantages are:
Income helps with mortgage payments
Keeps neighborhoods looking great with landscaping, paint, and other repairs and maintenance
Employs many local people
Gardeners
House cleaners
Repair
people
Remodeling contractors

The Only Differences Are:
The city of Arroyo Grande would receive income in the form of fees and taxes.
Vacation Rentals and Home Stay owners are more motivated to maintain a beautiful exterior and interior.
This increases property values for the entire neighborhood.
