PLUMBING RETROFIT PROGRAM

In the Background section of the above referenced staff report, a typographical error
was found. The staff report refers to the number of single family homes, apartment
units, etc. that have been retrofitted. In reviewing the numbers, it was noted that the
original staff reported stated that 5,300 apartment units have been previously retrofitted
through the Plumbing Retrofit program. The actual number of apartment units
previously retrofitted is 530.
