Funding for the Cash for Grass Program increased for FY 2015-16 and FY 2016-17 (from $60,000 per year to $274,000 for both years).
Funding eliminated for the Smart Irrigation Controller,
Landscape Irrigation Retrofit, and System Water Loss Mitigation Programs.
Funding reduced for the Water Conservation Public Education Program (from $70,000 to $30,000).
