WllBRUS, Sec. 10-3.06 of the Municipal code of the City of Arroyo Grande provides for
the preaervation and protection of certain trees in order to produce a more deaireable,
pleasing and beautiful community and to maintain and enhance community historic, cultural
and property values, as well as to promote the public health, safety, comfort, and welfare;
and
NBERUS~ these trees at 468 Campana Place, in the city of Arroyo Grande, Parcel
Number -01-8 '-~3'and aa located and identified on the map attached to this re.olution,
ha. been exam ned by ,the Parks and Recreation Director of the city of Arroyo Grande and
have been found to be two Coastal Live Oak, and;

meete criteria for Landmark Tree designation as determined by the Parka and "creation
Director and Parks and Recreatio~ commission; and
WllBRBAS, the Parks and Recreation COIIIIIission of the City of a.trd,o Gra~$ee~ndS
to the City Council that these trees should be preserved and protected and iqnate4 as
a Landmark Trees.
NON TBBRBFORB, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande here~ ~i9natea these
tree~~ae a Landmark Trees and directs that it ehall be monumented a. L~~k Tree Number
91- and ,.'
FURTRBRMORB, these trees shall be protected, preeerved and maintained by the tree
owner and eubeequent tree ownere and such trees ehall not b~remove4 or de.tro~ by any
party un lese otherwise authorized by Sec. 10-3.06 of the M icipe1'COde of the City of
Arroyo Grande.
