RESOLUTION NO. 2450
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF
TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING
A -NO PARKING- ZONE ON A l'ORTION OF CROWN TERRACE
(437 LE POINT STREET AT CROWN TERRACE)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC.2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of Crown Terrace, as specif1Cally described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
i Grande, as follows:

I That a -No Parking- zone be established on the westerly frontage of

I"".; Crown Terrace, extending from a point thirty five feet (35') nonh of
lhe intersection of the cenletHnes of Crown Terrace and Le Point
Street, thence nonherly to a point on the westerly right-of-way line,
one hundred seventeen feet (117') north of the intersection of the
centerHnes of Crown Terrace and Le Point Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief 01 Police of the City 01 Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufflCient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall, seconded by Council Member Olsen,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None .
ABSENT: Council Member Smith
the foregoing ResOlution was passed and adopted this 12th day 01 February ,1991.
