TEST CLOSURE TRAFFIC STUDY RES UL TS FOR THE
BRISCO ROAD AT US 101 NORTHBOUND ON AND
OFF-RAMPS AND CONSIDERATION OF FURTHER
EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT RAMP CLOSURE
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA -On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., the
City Council will receive and review the Traffic Study Results from the Test Closure of the
Brisco Road at US 101 northbound on and off-ramps. The Council will also consider
further extension of the current ramp closure.
On September 29, 2015 the US 101 northbound on and off-ramps were closed. The ramps
were closed in order to simulate how traffic patterns might change due to a future highway
interchange project. The initial analysis of the shifting traffic is complete and the City
Council will review this information on February 23, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. All members of the
public that wish to provide input to the City Council on this important item are encouraged to
attend.
The City Council Agenda and staff report for this item can also be accessed on the City's
website at www.arroyogrande.org/agendacenter.
