Attached please find a revised Arroyo Grande Police Officers’ Association Memorandum of
Understanding. The Side Letter of Agreement for Standby Pay that was approved by City
Council on October 13, 2015, Resolution No. 4691, was inadvertently omitted from the new
Memorandum of Understanding. It has been included under Article 29.C.
