Street Superintendent instru~ted to have partially
eonstructed sign~ near Webb ldoare place~ remo~ed from
City Street.

resignation of B. E. Ewing as Ch~ef of Poliee.
Moved~ seconded and carried that Frec~ Norton
be appointed Chief of Police.
