Adopted a Resolution calling for the placement of a measure
Adopted a Resolution setting priorities for filing a written argument regarding a City measure
directing the City Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis;
Adopted a Resolution providing for the filing of rebuttal arguments;
Approved the argument in favor of the measure; and
Appropriated $25,000 from the Water Availability Fund.

The People of the City of Arroyo Grande do hereby ordain As follows:
Section #1. The City of Arroyo Grande shall not participate, in any way, including but not limited to, the expenditure or commitment of any funds, in the California State Water Project
without an affirmative vote of the majority of the voters voting upon such a measure.
Section #2. This ordinance shall not be amended nor repealed without a vote of the voters of Arroyo Grande.
