The Council ~uthorized the purchase of necessary
blankets for '~latchmen sleeping in the Fire House~they also
authorized the purchase of Special ~uick Actin~ hose
connections for the Fire Hose.
After discussian between ~tIr.Henry Clevenger and the
Council it was agreed that P~Ir.Clevenger construct his own
sidewalk in front of his Branch St.property.
In the case of `~Talter Harris who appeared before the
Caunci~ in regard to his sidewall~ construction~after some
diseussio~ and by motion regularly made~seconded and passed
without dissent~~t was agreed that the City would proceed
with this sider~alk eanstruction in accordance with the
origina~. contract ar agreement.
Supt.E~vin~ presented to the Council Gasoline b~,a~s from
three different sovrces.The RichField Oil Co. having
presented the lowest figure with<:_a bid o~' eleven cents
per gall~on~were awarded the contract aP supplyin~ this
City with gasoline.
Four warrants on the General Fund totaling $ 493.~4~
and one warrant drawn on the 'Nater Fund for $'~2.I0~ were
audited~approved and ordered paid.
No Purther business appearing and upon motion the
meetin~ was adjourned.
