reported Present. Absent none.
The minutes ~f the previous m~eting ~rere read and approved
as read.
Comrnunieations w~re read and pla~ed on file.
~lirs Sehussman and Mrs Varian appe~.red on behalf of the Girl
Seouts to see if they might use the buildirz~ at th~~ City Park
for a mee~Gin~' place. Iater B~r Dana arrived~ ~.nd after talking
the matter over it was decided to let the ~irl Scouts use the
the building as the Forestry worxld not be u~ing it for seve~°al
rnonths and some plan m3~ht be worked out where they could both
be up there later on.
After some discussion ~rdinance # 80~to license eard tables,
v~as read for the fi~~t time.
Zt was deeided to have tvlarch 12 to 17 For a cleanup ~reek.

Communications v~ere read aru~ plaeed on file.
~Ir Guy 1~.~Palmer a~?peared on behalf of the Boy Seoc~ts wath plans
for a building to be built at the City Park~after a leng~h,~-;~dis-
cussion a motion was~made by Councilman Phillips~seconded by
Councilman ~chnyder,motion carried to let the Boy Scout ~ommi~~ee
use the lumber from the building that had been tore dovvn to erect
a building 20 ft;3in ;by 60 ft;to be used by the Boy.~Seauts and
Girl Scouts.The site to be agreed on later.Mr Ewing was asked to
conta.et B+~qr Buster Loomis to see if the insurance would eo~er the
work. .
M~ Geor~e He~hdrix a~peared about the license fee to be charged
on e~Pd tables and thought ~I00.00 per table was toQ high as the
County only char~;ed $~0.0~ per table. `T~ie matter aras talked over
and a motion was made by Councilm~n Lier~y~seeonded by Coune~.lm~r~
Menn3t to amer~d f7rd.#$4 and ehange the amount to be eharged from
~I00.00 ~o $75.~~ per table~motian carried.
The title of ~rd.# 80 was,read and after the readix~,upon
motion of Councilman Phillips,seconded by Councilman Sehnyder and
u~on unanimous approval of the Board it was agreed to waive the
reading of the remainder until next meeting.
Claims against the General Fund far $ 823 .3f7 ~ the Nater F~und
for $621.~3 and the ~ater P~eposi~ ~'u~d for ~ 12.04 were A~xdited~
Appro~ed and ordered paid.
No further business appearing and upon motion the meet~ng
