Councilman Wai~ers brought up the Ladwig agreemtne, as it had been
discussed at the meeting of the rlanning ~om~ission. I'he matter was discussed,
but no further action taken.
Mr. Harris discussed the letter he had written in regards to water for ~
'j'ract # 75 and a moticn was made by ~ouncilman waiters, seconded by Councilman
Sturges authorizing the City "lerk to sign the letter.
Bills against the Gene~al Fund for ~ 3,J~70,27 , THE Water Fund for
~ 1,926.18, and the Water Deposit fund for ~78.51, wix~e audited, approved
and orderded paid.
No further business appearing, the meeting was adj ned.

The ~ity ~ouncil met in Special session, with ~ayor 5impson presiding. ~
Present were Councilmen-~err, Waiters, Burt and Sturoes, lhe purpose of the
meeting was to take action on the l'ally Ho Job and a~so the water Ordinance
amendment.
After looking over the fijures submitted by Mr. ~'nderson for the
Tally Ho job, a mction was made by "ouncilma.n Sturges, to re~ect the Webb bid~
and authorize Mr. ~'nderson to get apnroval from the ''tate to do the work with •
City men and equipment and any extra men needed and the moneysaved on the ~ob~ '
could be used to purchase much needed equipment, such as ~ompressor and electric
welding ~quipment, the motion was seconded by `'ouncilman uurt and all members
~ voted Aye. ~
There was a discussion on the Water ~rdinance, but no action taken.
No fi:sther business the meetino was adjourned.
