R 2206 248 RESOLUTION NO. 2206 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE (1248 GRAND AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below: i I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a "No Parking" zone be established on the northerly frontage of Grand Avenue, extending from a po~nt three hundred twenty two feet (322' ) east of the intersection of the centerline of - Grand Avenue and Fair View Drive, thence easterly to a point on the northerly right-of-way line, three hundred seventy five feet (375') east of the intersection of the centerline of Grand Avenue and Fair View Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
