the Oty in lieu of p,-ovkliqt ~vemen~ and recreational opportunities on the
La Barranca site. The negotiated contribution shall be used for the
developnent of Rancho Grande Park and shall be paid to the Oty prior to final
tract IIIIIp approv8l. The fair IIIII1'ket value Is $20,000.
E. The drain8ge plan approved by the l'UblIc Works Director for Lot nAil and the
City-owned La Barranca site includes:
1) Security tencq installed by the developer tor both lots.
2) A ~ plan prepered by 8 IalAcape arctUtect, whieh includes
drought l'EIIistant plants and er'Oiion cantrolll1l!8lllll'ell for both lots. The
plan IIUIt be successfuI1y lqiemented and cc:npeted by the developer
prior to Noventler 1, 1987, and final tract IIIIIp approv8l.

Incorporated verb&tim as conditions to the tentative tract IIIIIp for Royal 0aIcs Estates.
SBCTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its
p&II8IIge, and within fItteen (15) days after its p&II8IIge, it shall be pItiished once, together with the
IIIIIIIeS of the Council Menbers votq thereon, in a ne\IIo8pIJpeI' of general circulation within the Oty.
