A RESOLUTION ACG'EPTING A DEED .FROM THE'R4IDLAND
COUTSTIES PUBLIC SERVICE CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arroyo Gre,nde,
that that certain deed dated .April 15th 1929, made and executed by the
Midland Counties Public Service Corporation, and conveying to the City
of Arroyo Grande, several pieces or parcels of real property, be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the. City of Arroyo Grande.
I2' IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis'Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Gity Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, held on the ~ day of 1929
