CITY OF pR~'Y~L1 ~r~AN$iE ADOPTING BUDG4ET AND APPROVINQ
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
1/4 CENT c3A8 TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a project statement for expenditure oP the 1/4
cent gae tax for the fiscal year 194 allocated for
streets of ma,Jor importance other than State highways in
the City of Ar1'r~y4 13Farfde and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in, Pull and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council oP the
MC-10
City of A1't"gy'4 tSTde that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cent gae tax allocated for streets
of mayor importance other than State highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
