All'that portion of that cer!:ain strip of land <~escribed
in the deed dated October 1, 1881, executed by Conrad
Haub, in favor of the San r,uis Obispo and Santa T.Taria
Valley Railroad Company, a corporation, recorded in
Book TS of Deeds, at page 431, records of said County,
which is situate in T,ot 102 of James me StrattonTs
survey of parts of the Ranchos Corral de riedra, gismo
and;Bolsa de Chamisal, in the County of San T,uis Obispo,
State of California, according to map on file in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, and
described in said deed as Follows;
A strip of land 60 Feet in width, being 30 Feet on each
side of the center line of the railroad of the San T,uis
Obispo and Santa Tcaria Valley Railroad-Company, being
located and described as follovas, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of said
San Zuis Obispo and Santa T;Iaria Valley Railroad with
the SFJest line of the County P~oad from San .Luis Obispo
to~Santa Barbara at the point twhere said centerline
enters the land of Conrad Haub, running thence South
