Prior to issuance of building permits for individual lot development, the following conditions shall apply to Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10: Those portions of development on Lot 3 that are more than 100 feet from Castillo Del Mar Drive shall not exceed an elevation of 25 feet above natural grade. The top of any development on Lots 4 and 5 shall not exceed an elevation of 290 feet above sea level (based on contour maps used in the Final EIR). The top of any development on Lots 6 and 7 shall not exceed an elevation of 295 feet above sea level. No development shall exceed 35 feet above natural grade. 5 5 2 5 6 6 Architectural Review Findings: 10/10/17 The proposal is consistent with the architectural guidelines of the City, or guidelines prepared for the area in which the project is located. The proposal will not be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed project. The general appearance of the proposal is in keeping with the character of the neighborhood. The proposal will not impair the desirability of investment or occupation in the neighborhood. 7 7 Approved Architectural Review Permits 10/10/17 8 8 Recommendation: 10/10/17 It is recommended the City Council: 1. Adopt a Resolution denying Appeal 17-002 and Architectural Review 16-009, without prejudice; and 2.
