RESOLUTION NO.3 267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC ROAD AND RIGHT OF WAY
MADE BY LARRY D. GIN AND PETER D. KEITH AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE
OF ACCEPTANCE (GOVERNMENT CODe SECTION 27281)
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arroyo Grande has been offered an irrevocable and perpetual
offer of dedication of public road and right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to accept this offer by resolution of the City Council and
to execute a Certificate of Acceptance in order to accept the dedication of public road and right-
of-way; ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City a Certificate of Acceptance of real property
from Larry D. Gin and Peter D. Keith in substantially the form and content shown on Document
No. 1995-048211 referred to as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, and the Certificate of Acceptance
may be recorded.
On motion by Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member Tolley , and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Tolley, Fuller, Lady, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 13th day of January 1998.
