R 4250 RESOLUTION NO. 4250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain police firearms which are no longer
used; and
WHEREAS, the police firearms can be classified as surplus property and made
available for sale.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the police firearms described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and authorize their sale.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and by
the following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Arnold, Guthrie, Fellows, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9 day of February 2010.
