RESOLUTION NO. 2161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHiNG A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRANDE AVENUE (1203 GRAND
AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
.WHEREAS. it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portlon of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below:
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande. as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be establ ished on the southerly
frontage of Grand Avenue, extending from a point ninety-
three feet (93') west of the centerline of the inter-
section of Grand Avenue and South Elm Street. thence
westerly to a point on the southerly right-of-way line.
_ one hundred twenty feet (120') west of the centerl ine
of the intersection of Grand Avenue and South Elm Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said No Parking zone.
