- 4 existing parcels - 40, 172, 335 and 391 acres each
- 3 resulting parcels – (2) 20 acre parcels and 860 acres parcel in
preserve/open space contract
15 acres of each 20 acre parcel will also be in open space with
each 5 acres reserved as a building envelope
Land Conservancy and Coastal Conservancy participating in the
open space contract and trails plan
