A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING AN EXISTING
MILITARY GENERATOR AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER TO THE CITY OF
GROVER BEACH
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") has a military surplus generator which is
no longer used; and
WHEREAS, the item can be classified as surplus property and made available for
transfer to another law enforcement agency only.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the military generator described in Exhibit Al attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes staff to transfer said
property to the City of Grover Beach in compliance with authorized disposition
procedures.
On motion of Council Member Brown, seconded by Council Member Harmon, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brown, Harmon, Barneich, and Ray
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Hill
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of May, 2018.
