AUTHORITY JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT AND GENERAL
COUNSEL CONFLICT WAIVER
Recommended Action: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement and
General Counsel Conflict Waiver.
5.b. CONSIDERATION OF PRELIMINARY FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 AND 2019-20
BIENNIAL BUDGET
Recommended Action: Provide direction on priorities for expenditures for the FY
2018-20 Biennial Budget.
6. ADJOURNMENT to the Regular City Council Meeting of June 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
