My husband and I are neighbors to the Akalins and reside at Flora Road which is south of the Akalins property and directly across from their property line where they are planning to build this residence. Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the City Counsel’s meeting tomorrow night as we have prior commitments, however, wanted to voice our approval via this email. I apologize for the late notice, however, we were out of town visiting family. After reviewing all of the documentation and information to date, we would have no opposition to the Alkalins moving forward with this project. Their proposal to build the residence at the corner of their lot near an already developed area is not a problem for us. Their intent to build a home on their property to assist their parents in their later years should be something that is valued and understood by all. The purpose of this email is to cast our “vote” of approval in support of this project. Please share this vote of approval with all City Council members. Thank you. Best regards Lynn Loughlin and Robert Sayers, Jr. Flora Road Arroyo Grande, CA 93420
