R 1944 '232 ,-"':i',;,':') ';.,' RESOLUTION NO. 1944 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CX>UNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING 'IENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (LOT LINE ADJUS'IMENT), FOR THE RANCHO GRANDE DEVELOPMENT, FILED BY OTISE, INC. WHEREAS, the Oty Council of the Oty of Arroyo Grande has considered Tentative Parcel Map for a lot line adjustment between Lot 1 and Lot 3 of Parcel Map No. 77-103 (28/35 P.M.), filed by Ottse, Inc. for the Rancho Grande development, in accordance with the Arroyo -- Grande Oty 0xIe; and I WHEREAS, said tentative parcel map was referred to various Oty departments, the --- staft Advisory Qmnittee and the PJannlng Omrd8&1on tor reoomnande.t1onsl I\I1d WHEREAS, the Planning Colmission has found the Parcel Map consistent with the General Plan, and has issued a Negative Declaration tmder the IX'ovisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, DB IT RESOLVED that the Oty CoW1cil of the Oty of Arroyo Grande finds the tentative parcel map to conform to the Oty's Canprehensive General Plan and elements thereof, and aptX'Oves said Tentative Parcel Map subject to the apIJ'OPriate Standard Cbnditions of the Oty of Arroyo Grande, and the conditions of the original map.
