PC 2018-04-17_10a Administrative Decisions ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS PLANNING COMMISSION APRIL 17, 2018 (Approvals by the Community Development Director) ITEM NO. 1: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 18-004, OPERATION OF A SEASONAL STRAWBERRY STAND; LOCATION – 501 TRAFFIC WAY; APPLICANT – RIVER EDGE FARMS After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the operation of a seasonal strawberry stand on an undeveloped parcel. ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 18-007, ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW HOMESTAY IN AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 1423 RASPBERRY AVENUE; APPLICANT – CHARLES AND MARIAN WILLIS After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the establishment of a homestay in an existing single family residence. ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 18-004, ADDITION OF THREE (3) 1- BEDROOM APARTMENT UNITS IN EXISTING SECOND FLOOR SPACE; LOCATION – 1200 E. GRAND AVENUE; APPLICANT – JIM MOTTER; REPRESENTATIVE – JOHN MACK, AAC After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the construction of three (3) 1-bedroom apartment units in existing second floor space, with minor exterior access improvements.
