Below is an additional administrative decision being reported to the Planning
Commission. The appeal period for this approval ends May 24, 2018 at 5:00 PM.
ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 18-003; CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) NEW
APARTMENTS; LOCATION – 1194 SOUTH ELM STREET; APPLICANT –
NEWDOLL INVESTMENTS; REPRESENTATIVE – MARK VASQUEZ
After receiving a recommendation from the Architectural Review Committee and making
the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community
Development Director approved the above referenced project for the demolition of an
existing duplex for the construction of a new four (4) unit apartment project in the
Multifamily Apartment zoning district.
