ITEM NO. 1: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 18-016; SOUTH COUNTY CHAMBER
MIXER; LOCATION – CAR CORRAL ADJACENT TO 103 E. BRANCH STREET;
APPLICANT – LANCE GONZALES, SPORTS DUGOUT
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.0 90 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project the South
County Chamber of Commerce Mixer to occur from 3:30 to 7:30 pm on September 2 6,
2018 in the portion of the Car Corral located directly adjacent to 103 E. Branch Street.
The project has been conditioned by the Police Department and the Five Cities Fire
Authority to ensure a safe lot closure and event.
