ITEM NO. 1: Architectural Review 14-010 and Minor Exception 15-002; Location –
321 Short Street; Applicant – Hans Kardel
After receiving recommendations from the Historical Resources Committee and
Architectural Review Committee, and making the findings specified in Section 16.16.130
and Section 16.16.100 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director
approved the above referenced project for a 1.5’ reduction of the front setback to
accommodate façade articulation for a residential addition and the continued use of a
one-car garage in the Village Residential zoning district.
