ITEM NO. 1: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 15-013; USE OF PARKING LOT FOR BBQ;
LOCATION – 900 W. BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – ST. PATRICK SCHOOL
After making the findings specified in 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the Community
Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the school usage
of the parking lot for their annual BBQ September 19 and 20, 2015.
ITEM NO. 2: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 15-014; TEMPORARY TENT
PLACEMENT; LOCATION – 1069 E. GRAND AVENUE; APPLICANT – DONNA’S
INTERIORS
After making the findings specified in 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the Community
Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the placement of
a 30’ x 50’ tent used to protect furniture from the sun during the annual Labor Day
parking lot sale from September 1 – September 9, 2015.
