Administrative Decisions ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS PLANNING COMMISSION September 1, 2015 (Approvals by the Community Development Director) ITEM NO. 1: VIEWSHED REVIEW 15-004; NEW SECOND STORY ADDITION; LOCATION – 509 ALLEN STREET; APPLICANT – TIMOTHY STEWART After making the findings specified in 16.16.110 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the construction of a new second story addition at the location specified above. ITEM NO. 2: VIEWSHED REVIEW 15-005; NEW MASTER BEDROOM ADDITION; LOCATION – 109 LE POINT STREET; APPLICANT – JIM LAMAR After making the findings specified in 16.16.110 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the construction of a new master bedroom addition at the location specified above. ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 15-012; ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOMESTAY IN A RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 709 MUSTANG CIRCLE; APPLICANT – MICHAEL CHANEY After making the findings specified in 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the establishment of a home stay at the location specified above. ITEM NO. 4: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 15-007; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION RENTAL; LOCATION – 1305 NEWPORT AVENUE; APPLICANT – JEFF GUILTINAN After making the findings specified in 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the establishment of a four-room vacation rental in the SF zoning district. Item has been appealed, tentative public hearing at Planning Commission September 15, 2015 mee ting.
