Administrative Decisions ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 6, 2015 (Approvals by the Community Development Director) ITEM NO. 1: VIEWSHED REVIEW 15-003 AND MINOR EXCEPTION 15-001; NEW SECOND RESIDENTIAL DWELLING ABOVE A GARAGE WITH REDUCED STREET SIDE YARD SETBACK; LOCATION – 756 MYRTLE STREET; APPLICANT – RANDY RUSSOM After receiving recommendations from the Historical Resources Committee and the Architectural Review Committee, and after making the findings specified in Sections 16.16.110, 16.16.100, and 16.16.135 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the construction of a new second residential dwelling unit above a n ew garage with a reduced street side yard setback from 18’ to 16.2’. ITEM NO. 2: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 15-018; ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE EVENT; LOCATION – 128 BRIDGE STREET; APPLICANT – SOUTH COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY After making the findings specified in 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to allow the operation of a rummage sale at the location specified above on Saturday, November 7th, from 8 am to 2 pm, and Sunday, November 8th, from 11 am to 1 pm.
