PC Public Hearing TPM 15-002 PUD 15-002 189 Brisco RoadCITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2016, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS at 215 E. BRANCH STREET to consider the following: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 15-002 AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 15-002; SUBDIVISION OF ONE (1) LOT INTO FOUR (4) LOTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) NEW ATTACHED TOWNHOME RESIDENCES; LOCATION — 189 BRISCO ROAD; APPLICANT — EDWARD SHAPIRO; REPRESENTATIVE — GREG SOTO The Planning Commission will consider an application for the subdivision of an approximately 21,200 square foot residential lot into four (4) lots for the development of four (4) new attached townhome residential dwellings located at 189 Brisco Road. In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Commission has previously adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) to reduce potentially significant impacts to levels of less than significance. The Planning Commission may also discuss other hearings or business items before or after the item listed above. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Comments may be either: (1) mailed or delivered in person to the Community Development Department at 300 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, CA or (2) provided in person at the Public Hearing. Failure of any person to receive notice shall not constitute grounds for any court to invalidate the action of the legislative body for which the notice was given.
