Listed below are Administrative Items that have been approved by the Community
Development Director since July 19, 2016. If you have any concerns regarding these
decisions, please contact me by 5:00 pm on August 3, 2016. If three or more Commissioners
wish to pull an item for further discussion or if an appeal is filed by a member of the public
before 5:00 pm on August 3, 2016, staff will schedule the item on the Agenda for the
Planning Commission meeting on August 16, 2016.

ITEM NO. 1: Temporary Use Permit 16-014; Location - 135 Bridge Street; Applicant -

After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for a parking lot
fundraiser entitled the "Bridge Street Festival" on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 10:OO AM to
8:00 PM. As part of the approval, the applicant is required to provide two (2) licensed
security personnel for the event.
ITEM NO. 2: Plot Plan Review 16-009; Location - 251 West Branch Street; Applicant -
John Robasciotti
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a vacation rental in an existing residential unit in a mixed-use structure in the
Village Core Downtown zoning district.
