NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
**NOTE MEETING LOCATION CHANGE**
On TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2016, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission will
conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. in the ARROYO GRANDE WOMAN 'S CLUB
AND COMMUNITY CENTER, at 211 VERNON STREET , ARROYO GRANDE:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 16-006; ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW WINE TASTING
ROOM; LOCATION-225 E. BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT-TIMBRE WINERY;
REPRESENTATIVE-GREG CRABTREE, TEN OVER STUDIO
The Planning Commission will consider an application to establish a new wine tasting
room within an existing commercial structure at 225 E. Branch Street.
In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community
Development Department has determined that the above project is categorically exempt
per Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines. If the Planning Commission does not feel
that this determination is appropriate, project approval will not be considered.
The Planning Commission may also discuss other hearings or business items before or
after the item listed above. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Comments may be either: (1) mailed or
delivered in person to the Community Development Department at 300 East Branch
Street, Arroyo Grande, CA or (2) provided in person at the Public Hearing.
Failure of any person to receive notice shall not constitute grounds for any court to
invalidate the action of the legislative body for which the notice was given.
