ITEM NO. 1: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 16-017; ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW URGENT
CARE FACILITY; LOCATION – 1221 EAST GRAND AVENUE; APPLICANT – GRAND
& ELM PROPERTIES; REPRESENTATIVE – PHIL FONTES
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a new urgent care facility at 1221 East Grand Avenue.
ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 16-020; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; LOCATION – 1470 SIERRA DRIVE;
APPLICANT – ROBERT MONTAÑO
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for a new
vacation rental in a residential district at 1470 Sierra Drive.
