ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 16-020; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION RENTAL IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; LOCATION – 1470 SIERRA DRIVE; APPLICANT – ROBERT MONTAÑO After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for a new vacation rental in a residential district at 1470 Sierra Drive.
