RESOLUTION NO. 3314
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING
AS SURPLUS PROPERTY COMPUTER
RELATED EQUIPMENT TO BE SOLD AT
AUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has in storage certain property cpnsisting of
outdated and unusable computer-related equipment; and
WHEREAS, storage space is at a premium and there is a need to sell the equipment at
auction; and
WHEREAS, the City's Computer Technology Committee has carefully inventoried the
equipment and removed parts that could be useful in existing or future equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the property listed on the attached Exhibit "A," and
authorizes staff to sell/dispose of said property in the most cost-efficient manner.
On motion of Council Member Fuller, seconded by Council Member Lady, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None

the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1998.
