Subject: Brisco Rd
After talking with friends about the current traffic congestion at Brisco Rd. We all agree closing exit/entrance at
Brisco which we did as a test for CalTrans several years ago worked really well. It was very little inconvenience once
we were accustomed to it. It makes the most sense financially and smooths and eases traffic flow. I hope you will
bring that up for discussion tonight. At least try it again. Such a relatively easy solution.
