Mr, Robert Gallop, representative of Hahn and Wise, Plann3ng
Consultants, reported °thn°t he �fel�t u��th °the improvement of Halcyon Road
the zoning could be put to a better use and advised �that he would pre-
pare a map of °the area showing suggested uses which he would submit to
the Planning Commission and Ci�ty Councilo _

Mro Gal.lop reporlted that he felt t�e ins�a;lla��on of W��liams
Brothers Shopping Center had created a need for new zona.ng in the
Elm Sto and Poplar St, area and adva.sed that he woul.d prepare a ma�a of

and Rezoning and the £ac�ors �o be considered �n each case, and nd-

use as a guidela.nee He also felt it would be good fo� the Planxiing
