TENTATIVF ��1P - Tract TJo. 259 - The tentative map of Tract IVo. 259 was discussed and i:Ar. anderson explained the findings of the Subdivision Review Tseeting and submitted a report and recommendation. Commissioner Brisco joined the Planning Commission at 7:42 P.P3. P� motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Evans that the Tentative P�iap of Tract No. 259 be approved subject to 1) Public Utility easements according to map submitted by P. G. S E.; 2) Subdivision conform 'to proposed County improvements on Upper �.rroyo Road; 3) Pavement width on Stage Coach Road be increased to 22 feet; 4) Subdivider install necessary emergency parking only signs as required by Department of Public tdorks; 5) that drainage from Stage Coach Road and subdivision lots be developed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Director of Public :�Forks; 6) That water service be provided as required by City Engineer and Director o Public Laorks; 7) That septic tanks be approved by County Health Department and availability of sew�rs in this area referred to City Attorney as per Health Department request; and 8) that tfie eaell on Lot 40 be nbandoned as requested by County Health Depart- ment. i�otion carried. After discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Strother, seconded by Commissioner Schultz, that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that the portion of P:4cKinley Street between Lot 1 Block 27 and Lot 47 Block 28 of Becketts Crown Hill Addition be abandoned.
