COi�JDITIONAL USE PERNlIT - AG Union Elem�ritaz School �istrict Chairman Talley declared the Conuitional Use Permit request of the P�rroyo Gran«E-Union Elementazy School District for approval of a Junior Hic�h School site of 2� acres, more�or less, was duly pulPlished and proper�cy owners noti�ied and the hearing was now opened and all persolis for or a�.�ainst the request would be heard. After discu�sion, a motiQn was made by Commissioner Schulti, seconded by Co:��rnissioner Smith tha�t the Conditional Use Permit reguest of the �arroyo vrande ElE�ne;�tary School District to permit a J�unior High Scnool site of 24 acr�s more or less, adjacent to Halcyon Road, Fair Oaks P_vE., and Frroyo Grande Cree:c be approved, subject to 1) �thaic the development shouid conform to the F�ir Oaics Ave. an�I Halcyon Roact Plan Lin�s, 2) that the City v�ould require a drainag� Easement from ��alcyon Road to the Creek, 3) that a masonary bric;: cvall 6' in h�ighfi be constructed adjacent tc. the hospital propei�y, 4) that a 6' Chain Link fence be con- structed adjacent to the CrEek ancl P`lood Control easement be re- served as required by the Flood Conrrol District, 5) that the fznal plans be submitted to the Planning Commission for zpprovai and that 6) this r�zotion applies to approval as to site only.
