PRESENT: Mr. Brisco, Chairman, Mr. Talley, Mr. Kithcart, Mr. Evans, Mr. Lee ABSENT: Mr. Shaffer, Mr. Strother MINUTE APPROVAL The minu es o he previous meeting of February 20, 1962, were approved as prepared. BRANCH ST. REDEVELOPMENT r. arey s a e a the Chamber of Commerce will not take active part in the Redevelopment of Branch Street, but they will fully support it. He requested that Mr. Anderson and Mr. McTaggart further the planning of the Redevelopment. A motion was made by Mr. Kithcart endorsing the policy to the Master Plan for Parking on Branch Street and for the activi- ties of the Branch Street Redevelopment Committee; seconded by Mr. Talley. ALL AYES STREET IMPROVE. STANDARDS A set of Street Improvement Standards, as prepared by the San Luis Obispo County Works Organization, was presented to the Planning Commission by Mr. Anderson for their consider= ation and approval. LOT SPLIT N0. 7 (Loomis) Lot Split No. 7 for David Loomis being a portion of Lot of the Hilliker and Woodbury Tract was discussed by the Planning Commission. A motion was made by Mr. Kithcart the Lot Split be approved; seconded by Mr. McTaggart. ►� that -�- -� '' ALL AYES . VARIANCE REQUEST - Valley Road �Brumbaugh) Mr. Brumbaugh's request for variance for single residential use for property presently zoned H-S on Lot 11, 264 feet Northwest of Valley Road was discussed. A motion was made by Mr. Evans that a hearing be set for March 20, 1962, sub- ject to submission of formal variance request and payment of variance fees; seconded by Mr. Kithcart. ALL AYES VARIANCE REQUEST - Dodson Way (Harris) Mr. Harris' request for variance to permit R-3 use erty presently zoned R-A on Dodson Way adjacent to Home property was discussed. ALL AYES ROAD TO OCEAN VIEW SCHOOL -(Beamer) Mr. Beamer questioned the Planning Commission as to an entrance to his Shop from the planned road from Brisco Road to the new Seaview School.
